If you are looking for extended muscle work, this is the appointment for you: this appointment includes whatever your body needs: manual therapy, massage, stretching using MFR/ART techniques, cupping, gua sha, vibration percussion, etc. Let me know where you want to focus or else I'll find where you could use some balancing!

Returning patients: a "Regular Adjustment" includes muscle work and is fine for most people, but this is an option anytime you prefer some extra soft tissue love.

Plan on about 35 minutes. I recommend you wear loose/athletic clothing.

Cancellation policy: $60 if you don't show up or cancel less than 1 hour ahead of time.
