The Balanced Bear

If you are looking for extended muscle work, this is the appointment for you: this appointment includes whatever your body needs: manual therapy, massage, stretching using myofascial techniques, cupping, gua sha, vibration percussion, etc. Let me know where you want to focus or else I'll find where you could use some balancing!

Returning patients: a "Regular Adjustment" includes muscle work and is fine for most people, but this is an option anytime you prefer some extra soft tissue love.

Plan on about 35 minutes. I recommend you wear loose/athletic clothing.

Cancellation policy: $60 if you don't show up or cancel less than 1 hour ahead of time.
